A Russian news site CNews reported on its website that a computing server is being built in Russia. Its developer is the state-owned Roselectronics company. True, Russian factories are working on processors in 65nm lithography, but they are far too technologically backward to drive powerful servers. However, China, which cooperates quite closely with the Russians on many levels, does have such an opportunity. All of them will receive 128 processor cores and as much as 2 TB of RAM. For the most powerful computers in the world, these numbers should not impress. In their case, the amount of memory is counted in Terabytes, and the number of cores in hundreds, or often thousands.
Unfortunately, no more information has been revealed about the architecture or other parameters of the supercomputer, which is being built in Russia.
